COP 27 is an opportunity to present and share the new tools, useful in the fight against climate change.
In this context, the presentation of the Italian Climate Fund, held in the Italian Pavilion with the presence of Minister Gilberto Pichetto Fratin and DG Alessandro Modiano, Special Envoy for climate change, was of great importance.
The Fund, managed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, from 2022 to 2026 will move 840 million/year to finance interventions in favor of public and private entities. This is for contributing to the achievement of the objectives set by the United Nations 2030 Agenda, and by international agreements on climate and environmental protection.
